    Pickleball Tournament first round games will begin June 30th and will continue through July 2nd with the semis and finals on the 3rd at Center Court (Yarrow Point Town Hall). To enter your team, please email names, ages, phone # and email address to: by midnight on Thursday, June 27th. If you have a pickleball court that you would like to offer for use during the tournament, please let us know!

Tuesday, July 2

  • 2:00 – 4:00pm: FAMILY BINGO

    Yarrow Point Town Hall
    Take a break from the mid-day heat for a traditional Bingo game, complete with old-fashioned Bingo cards and a bingo caller. Cards are 10 cents per card per game. The more players, the bigger the take home pot. Kids and adults bring your change for some good old-fashioned fun!

Wednesday, July 3

  • 7:30AM – 9:30AM: POINTS PADDLE

    Road End at 42nd Street Lake Access: 
    An event launched last year inspired by our unique neighborhood feature – the Lake! Come early for a paddle around the points with light refreshments and a tour of the Wetherill Preserve. Any non-motorized water craft is welcome. Bring your own water craft and extras for sharing, if you have them.

  • 11:00AM – 12:30PM: PET PARADE

    Mary Elmore’s House, 4467 – 94th Ave NE: 
    Calling all pets to participate in this year’s Pet Parade theme of Welcome to the Jungle. This jungle will be a roaring good time! So, be creative and bring your pets (and perhaps yourselves) dressed in theme just before 11am. Please have all pets leashed or contained.

  • 5 – 10PM: STREET DANCE

    Yarrow Point Fountain
    An event for the whole family to enjoy!  From 5-7pm, kids will enjoy the DJ and line dancing.  The live band will start at 7pm. Soda, beer and a taco truck will be available on a first come/first serve basis. Bring $$ for tickets and your ID if you plan to enjoy a beer. NOTE: The fountain area will be closed to traffic beginning at 4pm.

Thursday, July 4

  • 7:00 – 9:30AM: FISHING DERBY

    Yarrow Point Beach End Dock
    Our 15th Annual Fishing Derby event is a great way for kids and their parents to have an enjoyable morning fishing together on the lake. Come early for a chance at the First Fish prize or go for the Most Fish prize. This event is designed for new anglers and experienced anglers alike. Learn more about fishing derby preparation here. Adult supervision required for all children 12 and under.


    92nd Avenue closes to all traffic. Please have your guests arrive by 10:15am


    Route moves north along 92nd Ave NE: Kids, decorate your trikes and bikes and congregate at the entrance to Yarrow Point. No inline skates/skateboards please.


    Yarrow Point Fountain
    Hot dogs, strawberry shortcakes, ice cream and beverages available. Bring $$ to purchase tickets and your ID if you plan to enjoy a beer.


    We will use the Yarrow Point public beach and the road end at 42nd Street as viewing points. If you live on the water, please consider inviting neighbors and friends.
